2012 League & Registration Info & Important Dates

Hi All, I’ve arranged to be at Goulding Park Arena on March 24^th – I’ll be there from 10:30am-12pm.

ALSO – please note that our season this year starts on May 13^th (the week before the long weekend) as there was a week in August that we were unable to get the fields. I’ll post a season schedule of the weeks we are playing to the blog shortly.

You'll notice that there is a team price this year - IT ONLY APPLIES if you present ALL your completed forms & provide full payment at once.

Registration:

· In person – Goulding Park Arena Date: March 24^th, 2012 10:30am-12:00pm

· By Mail (see address on Registration Form)

· INDIVIDUAL -

· $135.00 if registration is received by the 24^th of March

· $145.00 if registration is received after the 24^th of March

· TEAM - NEW – for 2012 ONLY - NOTE - min 13 - max 15 players on a team & ALL completed registration forms must accompany COMPLETE team payment

· $1625.00 if registration is received by the 24^th of March

· Registration closes on the 31^st of March, NO exceptions

· Please note that registration is not complete unless payment accompanies your form (payment & registrations can be made in person with cash, cheque or you can send registration form & payment via email money transfer to gpmixedslopitch@rogers.com)

The 2012 Schedule:

· Our regular season will commence on Sunday, May 13^th with game times at 5:00pm, 6:30pm &/or 8:00pm

· 12 regular season games, plus playoffs (weather permitting)

· Your coach will contact you before your first regular season game to confirm the time and diamond

Rules and regulations will be available from your coaches by May 6^th or on the website

· Games are not scheduled on long weekends

COACHES MEETING:

We will meet with the coaches for 15 minutes before each of their games to discuss rules, go over any last minute questions, disperse jerseys, etc.
