2014 League Information & Important Dates


Registration:
  • In person – Rita's House Date & Time: (TBD)
  • By Mail (address is on Registration Form)
  • Via email - for a registration form kindly contact gpmixedslopitch@rogers.com
  • INDIVIDUAL you can send a completed registration form & payment via email money transfer to gpmixedslopitch@rogers.com)
    $170.00 if registration is received by the 24th of March 
    $185.00 if registration is received after the 24th of March
  • TEAM - NOTE - min 13 - max 15 players on a team (all teams must have at least 4 women on their roster) & ALL completed registration forms must accompany COMPLETE team payment (you may also submit via email ALL your scanned registration forms for your team members along with payment to gpmixedslopitch@rogers.com)
    $2015.00 if registration is received by the 24th of March 
    $2210.00 if registration is received after the 24th of March
  • Registration closes on the 31st of March, NO exceptions. Teams that do not have the required minimum number of players (13) as of this date will have individual players who sign up added to their teams to complete their rosters.
  • Please note that registration is not complete unless payment accompanies your form.
The 2014 Schedule:
  • Our regular season will commence on Sunday, May 25th with game times at 3:30pm, 5:00pm, 6:30pm &/or 8:00pm
  • 13 regular season games, plus playoffs (weather permitting)
  • Your coach will contact you before your first regular season game to confirm the time and diamond
  • Rules and regulations will be available from your coaches by May 6th or on the website
  • Games are not scheduled on long weekends
COACHES MEETING:
We will meet with the coaches for 15 minutes before each of their games to discuss rules, go over any last minute questions, disperse jerseys, etc.
